The NSD Drysalter is a machine for drysalting product before smoking. Typically this will be salmon or other seafoods and bacon sides.

The machine consist of a Industry 4,0 inspired modular system that allow us to provide each customer with a customized machine but with standard components.

The main features are:

  • Uniform product – same salt content in all fillets
  • Keep drysalting as an inline process and reduce labor costs.
  • No flushing after curing and reduce salt waste up to 80%
